Tour wash out

From the oppressive heat of a month ago the weather has dramatically altered. A tropical cyclone has crossed from the west to bring rain to much of NSW. Now thats great as the state was very dry but I just wish it had happened a week sooner or later rather than the one I am off work.

My hopes are now pinned on the rain finishing in 5 or 6 days leaving at least 3 fine days at the end of my break to get a decent ride. It is not usual have persistent rain this time of year so my fingers are crossed it won't last as long as forecast.

That then is my Christmas wish.
